I just finished book one and I’m already awaiting book 2. What a great reminder of what Yoga is really about. Such great principles that I’m reminded to take with me on my Yoga journey. Thank you Sandra for your sincere devotion to your path and your generous sharing of your knowledge.

    Much love,

I really love the themes and topics that you discussed in the book. And I felt really touched by the tenderness with which you described working with your students’ various strengths and weaknesses.
I also enjoyed how you personalized the physical concepts throughout the book. I could really hear how integrated your approach and your passion has been over the years.

I do love your book! I read through it last night and will spend more time with it for sure for a long time to come…It took me back to the days at Kairos and the healing and openings that came with those times…can’t wait for the next editions!

My teacher, Sandra Sammartino, has published her first ebook – called Yoga Fiction: yoga truth. See her newsletter below. It is a fabulous book and I highly recommend that you down load it. It is short and an easy read; but, packed full of valuable information on how to improve our own yoga – returning us to truth.

This review is from: Yoga Fiction: Yoga Truth: Transmuting Wounds, Walking Into Your Self (Kindle Edition)
For anyone interested in understanding Yoga, and/or themselves, more fully, Sandra Sammartino pinpoints the truth of what hides inside us all and how to uncover it. I am inspired to re-read and work through each chapter and all exercises. The book was easy to understand, but more importantly, easy to relate to my own life and has inspired me to continue deeper self-study.

  14. Sandra Sammartino says:

So excited. My book will be out very soon!
